With decades of practice in both Western clinical settings and Eastern energetic traditions, David bridges the gap between science and spirit.

 

Founder of the Elements of Life Institute and MoLian Qigong, and a Doctor of Chinese Energetic Medicine and naturopathic practitioner dedicated to whole-person healing. His work integrates Medical Qigong, energetic medicine, breathwork, nutrition, and spiritual insight to address health at its physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual roots.

 With a special ability to see patterns beneath complex conditions, Dr. Hone helps individuals and practitioners better understand the deeper causes of imbalance and the pathways toward restoration.
